 Each investment is backed by FSC which maintains a minimum of $2 million capital to ensure liquidity and security against borrower default. Repayment of investor capital is available upon request within 60-days at up to $250k.

 In the event of a borrower default FSC, CR of Maryland, and Lakeside Title have the necessary tools to take ownership, finish construction, and properly dispose of the property. Combined with 75% LTV limits investors should feel confident in their investment.
